Browser Settings and Compatibility List

  1. Currently we only support 2 browsers, “Google Chrome”, (version 52 and newer) and “Firefox” (version 44 and newer). Note: Video playback will not work with Firefox because by default they do not include the necessary codec to playback a .mov file in those versions.
  2. We do not currently support using a mobile device. This also includes running Chrome or other browsers on the mobile device.
  3. Cookies must be enabled.
  4. JavaScript must be enabled.
  5. Recommended minimum screen resolution is 1280 x 720.
